What is Customer Appreciation Week?
Customer Appreciation Week is our way of saying thank you for being a part of the Green Compass community! From July 13 to July 19, every order comes with a free full-size mystery gift, automatically added to your cart.
What is the free gift?
The free gift is a full-size mystery item. We're keeping it a surprise, so you won't know which product you're getting until your order arrives!
Do I need to do anything to receive my gift?
No. Your free full-size gift will be automatically added to your order. There's no code to enter or extra steps to take.
Who is eligible for the free gift?
Both new orders and existing subscription orders that process during the event window are eligible. If you place a new order or have a subscription processing between July 13 and July 19, a free gift will be included.
I'm a subscriber. Do I qualify?
Yes. Every order that processes between July 13 and July 19 is eligible, including recurring subscription orders. If your subscription is scheduled to process outside of the window, you're welcome to reschedule it to fall within those dates to receive a free gift as well.
Can I choose or swap my gift?
The mystery gift cannot be chosen, swapped, or exchanged for a different product.
Will everyone get the same gift?
Gifts are randomly selected, so the item you receive may differ from another customer's.
What happens if the gifts run out?
Gifts are available while supplies last. We recommend ordering earlier in the week to make sure you don't miss out. Once they're gone, the offer may no longer be available even if the event window is still open.
