California Order & Shipping Update (SB-378) FAQ

What is changing for California orders? 

Beginning July 20, 2026, Green Compass can no longer ship our full spectrum products or any SIX products to California addresses. This change is required by a new California law, Senate Bill 378 (SB-378), which went into effect at the start of July 2026.

What is SB-378 and why does it affect my order?

SB-378 is a California law that holds online retailers legally and financially responsible for selling what the state defines as an "intoxicating hemp product," including any hemp product containing detectable amounts of THC. Because our full spectrum products and our entire SIX range contain detectable THC, they fall under this restriction and can no longer be shipped to California.

Which products can no longer ship to California?

The following full spectrum and THC products are affected:

Full Spectrum Daily Nano Jellies (Limoncello, Raspberry Citrus)

Full Spectrum Tinctures – 1000mg (Cinnamon, Fresh Mint, Natural)

Full Spectrum Tinctures – 750mg (Cinnamon, Fresh Mint, Natural)

SIX Sparkling Drinks (Berry Lemonade, Carolina Berry, Cherry Lime, Lemonade) 

SIX Snaps Drink Drops 

Unwind THC Nano Jellies

Why can't Green Compass continue shipping these products to California? 

We explored every available option, including possible reformulations and operational changes to how we ship to California. Unfortunately, there isn't a path that allows us to continue serving California while meeting the requirements of the new law and maintaining the quality of the products you know and trust.

I subscribe to the Full Spectrum Daily Nano Jellies / Full Spectrum Tinctures. What happens to my subscription? 

If you're subscribed to the Full Spectrum Daily Nano Jellies or certain flavors of the Full Spectrum Tinctures, on July 19, 2026, your subscription will be automatically swapped to its Broad Spectrum equivalent:

Full Spectrum Daily Nano Jellies → Broad Spectrum Daily Nano Jellies 

Full Spectrum Tincture 750mg – Natural → Broad Spectrum Tincture 750mg – Natural

Full Spectrum Tincture 750mg – Cinnamon → Broad Spectrum Tincture 750mg – Cinnamon

Your current subscription price and delivery cadence will remain the same.

What if I don't want the Broad Spectrum replacement? 

If you'd prefer a different product, please update your subscription before July 19, 2026.

What happens to my subscription for the other affected products? 

For all other affected full spectrum and THC products, July 19, 2026 will be the last day to place an order shipping to a California address. After that date, affected subscriptions will be automatically cancelled and will no longer ship.

When is the last day to order these products for a California address? 

July 19, 2026 is the last day to place an order shipping to a California address for the affected products. Beginning July 20, we cannot ship these products to California.

What is the difference between Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum? 

Full spectrum products contain detectable amounts of THC, which is what SB-378 restricts. Broad spectrum products offer a similar experience without the detectable THC, which allows us to continue shipping them to California addresses.

What are some alternatives I can order instead? 

While the affected products can no longer ship to California, we have several options that remain available:

Full Spectrum Tinctures (1000mg and 750mg Fresh Mint): Consider our Broad Spectrum Tinctures (750mg) as an alternative. They offer a similar experience without the detectable THC that SB-378 restricts.

We hope to serve California again if the law changes in the future. For now, we must comply with the requirements of SB-378.
