What is the Subscriber Rewards Program?

Green Compass’ Subscriber Rewards Program is an ongoing benefits program for active subscribers. The longer you stay subscribed, the more you earn with discounts, free gifts, and cashback rewards that grow with each consecutive order.

Who is eligible for these rewards?

Rewards are available to active subscribers only. Benefits apply to subscription orders exclusively and are not applicable to one-time purchases or any other order types.

I’m already a subscriber. Am I automatically part of the Subscriber Rewards Program?

Yes, all active subscribers are automatically enrolled in the program. There is nothing you need to do to sign up or opt in.

I'm already a subscriber and have had a few reorders. Where do I fall in the order streak?

Your streak is based on the number of consecutive subscription orders you have processed to date. You are automatically placed into the reward tier that corresponds to your current order count, meaning your next order will reflect the next milestone in the sequence. 

For example, if you have processed four orders, you will receive the Order 5 reward, the free mystery gift, on your next order. If you have 6+ orders, you will start to receive 3% cashback on your next order.
 

How does the rewards order streak work?

Your rewards are tied to your consecutive order streak. Each order that processes without a skip or cancellation moves you one step forward through the reward tiers, unlocking more benefits the longer you stay subscribed.

What rewards can I earn? 

The 2026 Subscription Rewards program is structured around your consecutive order streak:

Order 1 - 20% off your recurring orders  
Order 2 - Additional 10% off your second order 
Order 3 - Free full-sized gift added to your order 
Order 5 - Free mystery gift added to your order 
Order 6+ - 3% cashback on every order going forward

What is the free shipping threshold?

Free shipping is available on all orders of $115 or more. The threshold applies to your order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts are applied. This is a new and ongoing perk for all customers, regardless of order type.

Does the 20% subscription discount apply to all order types?

The 20% discount applies to subscription orders only. It is not applicable to one-time purchases or any other order types.

Does the 3% cashback apply to all orders?

Cashback applies to subscription orders who have reached their sixth consecutive order or beyond and is not applicable to one-time purchases or new subscriptions. It is only applicable on recurring subscriptions.

How does cashback work?

Once your 6th subscription order processes, 3% cashback will begin accumulating on each subsequent order. Cashback is added directly to your account as a credit, which can be applied toward future subscriptions.

What happens if I skip an order?

Skipped orders are not eligible for rewards. If you skip an order, your streak will reset and your order count will start from the beginning again. 

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Rewards and perks apply to currently subscribed customers only. If your subscription is cancelled, your streak will reset. Should you re-subscribe, your order count will start from the beginning again.

Can I pick up my streak where I left off after cancelling or skipping?

Your order streak cannot be carried over after a cancellation or skipped order. Your count will restart from Order 1 when your subscription resumes or restarts.

Skipping an order permanently forfeits any milestone reward for that order. Cancelling resets your streak to Order 1 upon resubscription.
