What is a FriendShare code?

A FriendShare code is a unique code connected to your account that you can share with friends who are new to Green Compass. You can reuse your code as often as you’d like, and each eligible first-time order placed with your code earns you a $10 product credit.

How does FriendShare work?

FriendShare lets Customers and Advocates share their code with someone new to Green Compass. When that new customer places their first order and enters a valid FriendShare code at checkout, they’ll receive $10 off their order, and you’ll earn a $10 product credit in your account.

Where can I find my FriendShare code?

You can find your FriendShare code by logging into your account, going to your Account Profile, and selecting FriendShare. From there, you can easily copy your code to share by text, email, or social media.

Can I edit my FriendShare code?

Yes. If you’d like to update your FriendShare code, our Support Team is happy to help. Just keep in mind that once your code is changed, the previous code will no longer work, and only the new code can be used going forward. You can submit your request HERE.

How do I share FriendShare with someone new?

Simply share your FriendShare code with a new customer and have them enter it at checkout during their first purchase. No special link is needed. As long as the customer is new and the code is entered correctly, the FriendShare discount will apply.

Who is eligible to use a FriendShare code?

FriendShare is designed for brand-new customers and applies to their first order only. While existing customers can’t receive the $10 discount themselves, they can still share their FriendShare code and earn product credits when someone new uses it.

Can FriendShare be used with Balance & Restore?

Yes! FriendShare codes can be used on orders that include Balance & Restore. When a new customer enters a Friend Share code at checkout, the $10 discount will apply to eligible first-time orders.

How can I view my FriendShare Points?

You can view your FriendShare activity, including points earned and used, by logging into your account and selecting FriendShare Points.

When will I receive my $10 FriendShare product credit?

You’ll receive your $10 product credit right away after a new customer successfully places their first order using your FriendShare code.

Is there a limit to how many FriendShare points I can earn?

There’s no limit! You can keep sharing your FriendShare code and earn a $10 product credit for every eligible new customer order.

What can FriendShare product points be used on?

FriendShare product credits can be applied toward eligible Green Compass products.

What happens if a FriendShare order is returned?

If a new customer returns their first order, the $10 product credit you earned will not be removed. That customer won’t be eligible to use a FriendShare discount again in the future. Green Compass reserves the right to review and adjust credits if FriendShare misuse or abuse is identified.
